Full Journal pdf1998-05-12 House Journal Page 3895 SB 153 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on the following, which is under Unfinished Business (page 3856), at this time: SENATE BILL NO. 153 "An Act relating to issuance of special license plates to commemorate the arts." 1998-05-12 House Journal Page 3896 SB 153 and HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 153(FIN) am H "An Act relating to issuance of special license plates." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Croft placed a call of the House and lifted the call. Representative Porter moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS SB 153. The question being: Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report? The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 4140 of the Senate Journal). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate.
